Check your system requirements to make sure you have a compatible browser and device - What Are The System Requirements?
If your computer has 8GB of RAM or less - make sure you close all unnecessary tabs, programs and desktop applications.
Make sure you have WebGL enabled - How Do I Enable WebGL?
If using Chrome, enable Hardware Acceleration - How to Turn Hardware Acceleration On and Off in Chrome.
Check if your internet connection is stable - and has above 5mb download and upload speeds. You can check the speed here.

Analytics- How do I download and interpret event analytics?

What are Event Analytics and why are they important for Organizers?

Event analytics are basically a minute by minute tracking of all attendee activity within the space
Every time an attendee enters a world or event, we automatically track their movement and their interactions within the space
The data is also used to monitor attendee voice/video usage and to construct in-world leaderboards, etc.
The engagement analytics track the time spent in exhibits/booths, along with the number of times attendees enter a booth
They also provide attendee names and contact information

Analytics provide valuable information for sponsors, organizers and other event or world stakeholders

How do I get this data?

Your customer success manager will send you the analytics file after an event. You may also request periodic analytics for ongoing world interactions or recurring or multi-day events.

When will I receive the data?

Your customer success manager will provide the Analytics within 1-2 days following your event and go over any questions during your Post Event Voice of the Customer meeting.

What does the data mean?

The analytics are collected daily
They are cumulative and persistent over time
Numbers are in minutes
Currently the analytics are raw data files

How do I get an event password?

Accepted Answer

If you're trying to join an event and you're being prompted to enter an access code or passcode, that means that the organizer of the event has decided to make the event private. The event is only accessible with a valid access code.

| If you are the organizer of an event and would like to modify or remove the Access Code or Password, go here.

Usually, for a private event, the event organizer will create and distribute the access code. You might also see additional instructions in the description of the event.

If you don't have a code, please get in touch with the event organizer directly.
The organizer may also provide contact information in the description of the event or next to HOSTED BY.

Check our System Requirements to make sure you're using a supported browser. You should be using Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Brave. Do NOT use Safari - it does NOT SUPPORT WebGL. (See info below on how to enable WebGL).

Check our System Requirements to make sure you're using a supported device and platform.

Your GPU is not compatible

or

Your browser is not configured properly

This means that either:

Your device doesn't have the necessary hardware to render the 3D graphics for this event
Your device is not configured to use the necessary hardware

How do I request customizations?

Custom avatar skins, accessories, and more are created by our dedicated art and platform team where they design, rig (map out movements and functionality) and test with the team before launching for use in events. See the Custom Request Form.

Are customizations free?

Customizations are a paid service and pricing varies depending on design time and the lead time given before the item, or items are needed. Once a customization is created, a code will be provided to you. You may provide custom designs to attendees during events in Inverse for free or for a price.
